Earthquake in the Banking world?

For eons, Morgan and Bartholomew Trust Co. has been considered the "strongest" bank in Avonmora, easily seen by displayed on top of the bank list. Today, this has changed: The financial beurau of Avonmora now apparently consider JIM's Spanish bank of Santander to be stronger! Morgan's is still considered the highest level bank by the Beurau (there is some debate about certain old banks, but this is the official listing).

So, why has this change in "strongest" bank occured? Have all the wealthy Spaniards moved their accounts to Jim's? Has Morgan withdrawn gold to finance his infrastructure - or to finally buy all the rum in Avonmora? Who can tell what happens behind the scenes in the shady Banking business!
