Piracy Tech gold not credited

Hi CJ

After winning a skirmish the Piracy tech gold earned was not credited to me. It happened twice.

Details of one of the battles:


Pirates Ghost (#41275) attacked Egypt damn the torpedos (#40187)

Unnamed (#102310) vs Trader 18 (#46772)

Piracy tech plunder is not awarded when there is no skirmish plunder.
