To solve any and all your troubles, I suggest howling at the moon.
Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooouuuuuuuuuuuwwwwwwwwwwwwwuuuuuuooooooooooooooooo!
That is the wisest thing possible. I think I heard someone or something say that when I was walking through a forest at night. It certainly works though. Im serious.

Were you given an IQ test from a reputable psychologist using the WAIS?

Because a 45 IQ is severe mental retardation. The average is 100.

Wolf is entitled to the sheep, as a tyrant to the poor man.
But, put the foot on the tyranny's neck,
bring it to the (knowledge of the) law,
that's the most sacred human duty.

"There will be no end to the troubles of states, or of humanity itself, till philosophers become kings in this world, or till those we now call kings and rulers really and truly become philosophers, and political power and philosophy thus come into the same hands."

The Republic: Plato

Parable of the Cave.
