A lot of things make a team successful and the final judge will be all Avonmora.
Something that I learned in game is the value of leadership but also the mold of the team. The same player will perform differently under different leadership. So while a player would be an undisciplined rogue at one team, he could well be a diamond in another.

For a captain, it also plays a role to have backup players in mind for what you want to make. There are similarly styled players. The toughness is only when there is one such player of a style.

That may be very true.

I find myself associating with two teams so far. Meaning if i were to be drafting my choices, which so far would be most similar to how i would structure a team.
