I will personally send 1 mill to everyone drafted on the winning team (I may raise this later). or i may send 1 mill to everyone drafted depends on my standings at the end of the event. or i might send 10 mill to each person drafted on the winning team yet again that depends on my standings.

well adding on to this previous post i will be sending 1 mill to each player on the winning team (might not be much but its at least a little) and 10 mill to the rookie selected that's on the winning team (i thought i might have a bit more then i do over top my limit so there's at least an incentive on my end.)

Same as last time. Best overall. This is where a strategy and captains comments come in to play. They should tell the players (not mandatory) why they selected who they did. They may have a strategy in mind that they are going for. Then the player base can vote to agree or disagree.

The 3rd draft in September of this year will be much different and "categories" will probably be involved.

I enjoyed the first draft, but my excitement is not as much this time around. While the pool of players that can be picked from has changed, I feel that the teams will consist of a large part of the same players from the previous draft, with the main difference being that the players may be shuffled around. Not much of a draft if the voting expectations (non-category based) are the same and those previously picked can be picked again.
