Made a little edit to total ships to a max of 200. most people would not have that many out of fleets to begin with, and you would need roughly 400 ships out of fleets to get the max due to the 50% chance. or just be very lucky.

id like to hear what Davinci has to say, considering that this would hurt him more then anybody. granted he would probably remove the majority of his ships before it gets added if its approved. but thanks for the feedback so far everyone. I look forward to hearing more of what others think.

No, just use ravage, same effect, but only 1 ship.
