Sinker (Legendary)

It is worth noting that this card will be most effective against pirates, and have very little consequences against large traders.

When we see the totality of the cards, this should mainly be considered an "anti-pirate" card.

+1 I like this suggestion although the cost to craft needs to be high. Especially since ships will be changed to level 20 maximum this card will be even more powerful against players with few ships (many pirate players currently benefit from low sink chances).
The time to craft should be 24 hours. I'm starting to get the feeling that crafting time will be the most expensive part of legendary voodoo in the same way turns are the most valuable resource to most players.

Here are my suggestions:

What do you think? Should this be added to the game?

I do not know, this could be devastating to Merchants. Whilst being devastating to those with 'mass fleets'. Even configurations like this would not be safe:

Sotl,Sotl,Lrg Frig, Cutter, Cutter.

And to those saying - You can only 'ambush' a player 10 times, yes but you can Vengeance ;)

Its useless to large merchants, because they already have 100% sink rate.
