(Rare) Arsonist

+1 But I agree with Danik on the resource loss. It should only effect resources if the total resources exceeds the capacity of the warehouse. And even then only those resources.

i would have to give it a -1. i think that it gives too much of a "destroy the entire account" type power. like mentioned, we can already destroy the resources in a warehouse, so i don't think we need to destroy the warehouse itself too.

to me, this would seem similar to being able to destroy someone's hideout. you've already invested the gc into building it, so leave something that can't be totally taken away

+1 to this, but maybe add a "Flip a Coin" effect to it. (50% chance to fail). In regards to the "destroy the entire account" power, a lot of cards when you have enough can do this. Take Bigtea's stash for example. He stripped Chalbaud of all his voodoo, besides the ones he sold off. But nobody wants to get rid of Thieving Magpies, eh?

I understand the reservations but personally think that the assassin card is more potent. You would have to caste other voodoo to try to narrow down the port. It would need some skill inot its usage.

but assassin has a counter to it in the bribe voodoo card, plus, some player run with fewer ships, so officers don't cost much. not to mention the first 200 captains can be obtained by plunder if you don't want to spend gold. and an assassin has 1/3 chance of hitting each officer, losing a captain is usually the most expensive, but losing a merchant is not too bad.

I don't like this idea, because there is no counter to it, and even if there was, it seems more annoying then harmful to me, unless someone has really high level warehouses. not to mention this card if added would make official list of demands, even less valuable, since why take out some resources, when you can just take out the warehouse.

Personally I think this card would be of relatively little value. Yes, I understand that it may harm large traders, but the harm will, after all, be relatively small. Also, any new "non-legendary" cards will water out the deck. I notice not everyone in the "Voodoo team" agrees, though. Who thinks this is worth moving forward with?
