This suggestion might be approved but it is not yet complete. You need to realize that before anything can be implemented, ALL details must be worked out. Ever since this suggestion has been approved, this has not happened.
Therefore, instead of bumping and complaining, try to improve your input. There are like 625 suggestions and more than 10k posts for pending suggestions. Approved are only 40. Most need more work. Few are really finalized.
To help you out, you started a suggestion (if you read your first post) that was actually more fitting for a discussion. Perhaps it is my mistake that I have not cleared this out when I posted here.
To make remedies, let me start the finalization which mostly needs to decide WHAT EXACTLY we need to track. Continuing from your initial list, the following can be added:
1)Day built and by whom
Existing ships get Unknown
This ship has been built at day 2,200 by Admiral Nelson
2)MoWs get day built, nation who given it, player who received it
Admiral Nelson received this Man o' War from Spain, at day 2,201
3)Plundered by History
Every time someone plunders this ship, an event is logged at the ship bio
Plundered during battle by Shadowood (#56585) at Day 2,267
4)Number of ships it plundered
We do not keep track of all ships plundered with full details, but we keep details of number of ships plundered
This ship has plundered 24 ships. It has been plundered 12 times. It has been sunk 0 times.
5)Important Ships it plundered
If the plundered enemy ship is a Flagship or a SoL or a MoW, this is recorded as a full event
For example, At day 2,298, Plundered from Skyhawk (#2708) the Ship of the Line, Liberty of Caspian (#8965)
6)Event for all sinks
Sunk during battle by Shadowood (#56585) at Day 2,256
7)Event for shiprwreck found/Tidal Wave
A tidal wave brought this ship to Skyhawk (#2708)
Captain Da Vinci (#12701) found this at the sea bottom and brought it ashore
The rest,like highest attribute stats or gold made cannot be made.

This needs to be implemented before ship traits.
