It would be nice if we can specify the end level to upgrade our warehouse and the number of officers to hire in one shot.
Warehouse: Enter level to upgrade to -> Cost estimate -> click-> congratulations your warehouse is now at level X.
Captains: Enter number of of officers to hire: X captains Y Admirals Z Merchants -> Cost estimate -> click -> Hired!
Warehouse implemented -Skyhawk
