can it be purified? because 3-4 of them will wipe all voodoo cards of new players:S

Can two different player cast this card on same target?

and i think this one will decrease usage of voodoo packages. if you can get 72 voodoo cards with that way(also you can choose targets with small amount of voodoo but expensive ones) personally i wont buy more packages. instead of it i will search for inactives with good stash and ask for letter against him.

How is the letter of Marque defined, though? That is the BIG question :-)

At the suggested price, I say it should definitely be subject to serenities and Purify. Use this and a mindbar and some junk, and you'll steal a card or two plus force the target (or his friends) to spend five serenities. Interesting.

We are preparing the suggestion. It's a big one.
Unless stated, no special things in the card. So serenities,mindbar etc work just as fine.

CJ - can more then 1 curse be applied to target at the same time.

Meaning, Sir Henry Morgan is declared an enemy of IoM (he's a bad dude). There is a "Letter of Marque" put on him. Can multiple members from IoM cast this card on him, if we all have it in our chest?

I don't mean stacking from 1 player.
