Either way, pirates need traders, traders need pirates. Privateers and assassins come into play.

Because one causes demand for the other and the game play then becomes interesting. That is why I play.

I think there should be an automated mechanic that bans someone's PG account for 1 week every time they complain about "merchants having this or pirates having that, it's just not fair that I can't be the best, have the most, be untouched, wah wah.."

Perhaps then those of you who do so may learn to get over it. If not well.. at least the rest of us would get a week off from the same old tiresome squawking.

I agree till one point but then again everytime someone who considers himself merchant make some sort of suggestions pirates swamp it saying you have no right to complain you are earning millions daily and that is what thicks me off...

as far as this entire post pirates need to exist same as merchants but still it lacks some mechanic which would pervent someone living jut to cast voodoo without anything else expect thieving magpie to stop him and eventual confuse but that is expensive

That's why I said everyone who complains.. merchants, pirates it doesn't matter how they class themselves the fact they moan all the time is irritating.

If someone feels they have it so hard then change their strategy..

Its very expensive, this is why I don't stand up to them, they go and say, "Argh, why not just stand up to us, argh."

Sure, lets waste millions more.

I am not saying pirates are immortal, I am just saying the shear difference in term of power in casting voodoo to hurt one another.

And later they would say, "Argh, there is more merchant then us, argh."

Sure, lets all waste millions, because that's what pirates would want.

Perhaps this is the rum...

but yes,YYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Spend it all!! go after them, FIGHT BACK!! Don't care about the coin because the coin will come again!!!

Do everything you can to make their lives hell and hurt them back, they seek profit as well.

Do what you can to leave them on a deserted island with nothing but a gold coin in their puckered bum.

If we spend all our money to hit one until he have nothing left, he still has his ships in his marina.

He can still jump start his piracy ways again very fast.

Spend a few credits on HNs, and there he goes again.

Likewise, if you steal all the gold from a traders purse plus a few of his ships, he'll be back trading in no time flat.

Both are GOOD things. We should not strive to push players out of the game, after all.
