Effect: Take %50 amount of total gold at hand and put it in nation treasury(cant exceed the total debt amount). If player didnt logged in to game for more than 30 days the voodoo can target bank accounts and buried treasures also.

Collecting debt with that way also increase the debt value for %25 of capital remaining.

I do like this idea : I foresee an issue with multiple uses being cast as part of a general raid on a player, to reduce their purse and open up their fleets to capture : whilst I like that idea too, its maybe too much on top of its intended purpose : so, I would suggest some limitation : It can only be cast by a Duke of the nation : It can only be cast once per 7 days : this would allow for errant taxes/debts to be collected without creating a potential exploitative attack method.

thanks for feedback at first i were thinking about duke or upper rank usage only but dont know if its possible to implement. thats why i removed that part from my suggestion.

about cooldown yes you right but 7 days maybe a little bit much. maybe 24 hour cooldown before cast on same player again. after all using this for a raid strategy not seems a bad idea at all. if you dont want to get attacked like that so pay your bills on time;)
