Subject: NAP offer from Pk to TMN/IMO

Pk is willing to form an NAP with TMN and IMO again and end the war officially, therefore insuring that it does not resume. The terms are the following:

1. Neither Pk nor TMN will cast offensive voodoo on the other guild without permission
2. Each member of the guilds will only attack a player 3 times in 12 hours if they are available for attack on the plunder list
3. To compensate for some damages done, Pk will receive 4 Ship of the Lines from TMN/IMO through the use of commandeers. Pk will offer assistance to any IMO members who are active and have not yet recovered from the attack
4. If the NAP is broken, each guild must contact the other side and wait 48 hours to allow the other guild a chance to make reparations
5. If either guild wishes to end the NAP without reason, 4 days must pass after declaring the NAP void before it is officially terminated

All TMN members and Admiral Blackpants must agree to this NAP in this topic for it to be official. The terms may be negotiated, but Pk sees all of the points stated as necessary and will most likely not agree to anything other than minor changes

as Tmn sees it there will be no transfer of said ships: 1. becouse juicy attacked our former leader Captain Johnny walker with call of Leviathans after truce was called and sank 5 sols. 2. PK started this war with strikes on the guild and my self( Achillies) to start this war.
Remove the ships from the pact , and Bann juicy lettuce from the PK and Tmn will agree to said pact.

With achillies hanging around it looks like there will never be any peace terms. Because all he does is blame other people. I had full rights to cast call leviathans after i recieved 14 pages of voodoo from TMN/IMO whereas i only casted 2 pages of voodoo. We are here trying to get a peace treaty signed that is fair to both sides. while PK members continously attack TMN players this looks as if PK has lost control of its members. they are running willy nilly attacking at random. Even though there is a truce in place. my members have been dilligent not to attack PK. mohammad can not say he was not notified of truce. we want repirations for his latest attack to be equal to victims loss.

Looks like a high probability that there will be no NAP. How long was this cease-fire supposed to last? 15 seconds? Looks like I will end up honoring my promise to Luffy and then stepping aside for a good view of the next round.

The first post on the "Peace Agreement" was right around 4 hours ago. It isn't that hard to go to the tavern every so often and look at the latest news. I find your excuse to be absurd. I may not be completely involved in this transaction of thoughts, but it does involve the guild of which i am in.

Another thing that isn't hard is to send an announcement to the guild to alert them of important matters.
