Hey, so i wanted to comment here for two reasons, one, to see my new signature, and two, to tell a story...

Today, at work, a customer came and was watching the news. I live in a very Republican state, so I asked if she hear about trump and Russia...

She said it's a lie, of course no one hacked one of our nation's most valuable systems.

I told her that many intelligence communities, including the CIA , the NSA, and tge FBI have all confirmed that the Russians did interfere and sway it in the direction of trump...

She instantly frowned and started to give what (I guessed) is got to be the best bulldog impression ever and continued to say that the democrats are sore losers and its all their fault.. etc.

I then told her (Very calmly, being the well educated young politically active man i am) that my source was FOX news, CNN, among others...

Fox news just happened to be on the tv at that time. She instantly frowned farther (how, I still wonder?) and stormed off, out the door, clearly exasperated.

The reason i am sharing this with you all is to stress a very important component to a healthy democracy of any kind.

Educated voters are the sign of a healthy democracy, other signs include an unbiased voting system, free of interference.

Both of those signs are not as prevalent in the United States anymore, as demonstrated by many voters (old and young), and the biased system that is known as gerrymandering..

I play semi professional chess. While I am a liberal, loved "Reds", and have many true deep friends that are Russian, this is a culture where if you aint cheating, you aint trying.

I was blatantly cheated twice by Russians in top events, World Open Blitz championship in front of 250 spectators, my opponent in a lost position pretended to move his king and instead placed it on the same square and hit his clock. The second instance was at the Marshall Chess Club in Manhattan where a Russsian Master tried to reintroduce piece to the board. When the TD came I was able to recreate the game from memory, so I won, but the whole time he lied through his teeth.

I also interviewed Gary Kasparov. Google "flying robotic xxxxx" and him and you'll see what Putin does to him regularly. You can read that piece in Chess Life, "Globetrotting Kasparov Plays Harlem."

Your statement of the FBI agreeing to the assessment is coming from an unnamed source supposedly in the CIA. If the FBI or the Director of National Intelligence had changed their assessment, they would have come forward themselves to say so. Also, why are the CIA, FBI, and other intelligence agencies refusing to discuss this supposed evidence with a Congressional Committee. Furthermore, how did the DNC's emails, which are not a matter of national security, being leaked, which per Wikileaks were hand delivered to them in Washington, DC from a disgruntled DNC employee, change the election result. People found out the truth that the DNC and Clinton's were in cahoots with the media. Oh noes. Can't have an unbiased source of information and people to think for themselves using facts.

As well, Russia didn't hack the voting machines as they aren't connected to the internet, you are quite literally just throwing crap against the wall in the hope that sticks. Russia didn't influence the election. Russians weren't at the voting machines holding guns to people's heads and forcing them to vote for Trump. Americans voted for Trump.

Your statements of Russia having information of Trump is complete BS. If you know what it is and it is so detrimental, why didn't you provide that information to the media. Here I'll provide you some facts. The Russians (a Russian Company) bought the rights to mining Uranium in the US through the Clinton State Department. The Russians had Clinton paid for and so did the Saudis, amongst others (I think Sweden was also said to have made "donations" to the Clinton Foundation). She would roll over for the interests of another country over American interests in a heartbeat.

That being said, I'm not going to say that Russia is our friend, but the premise that they caused Trump to be elected is just a utter BS.
