Ships that cannot be sold are valueless and big targets at the same time.
question; is this to boost the value of tidal wave or to introduce god-ships to the game?
a limited number counters the whole proposition. what if those 20 or 5-10? (npc nation pirates) ships are retrieved? tidalwave is back where it was; a card that is valued by some and not by others.
or
another limitless bunch of limited ships are sunk to keep tidalwave more interesting to the gambling part of our community.
the idea of not in the hideout is ridiculous since it cannot be commandeered every port becomes it's hideout!
the idea to add lvl10+ ships to the game has to be thought through carefully. what are the consequences. to add an ship that cannot lose levels and is lvl 10+ and unsaleable? too many unknowns to gamble with.
i give the idea to boost tidalwave -1 for it is valued by players already. it needs no boost.
i give this idea to introduce god-ships also -1 because there are better ways to do it in a better and more controlled way.
