Which was pretty weird because when I was a new player I was wondering why someone disliked him that much to cast so many bountys on him

This is a roleplay game and it's up to the players how they want to define their role and gameplay.
It may be that the most disliked player here is the nicest guy in real life.

So it may be advisable to avoid getting a personal opinion based on gameplay.

Yes, Avery let him know. It's a shame that that's only partial truth. Bolbi made a mistake to trust me early on.
