Whatever happened to the 'Dogger', the specialized fishing craft, which was, apparently, ready to be launched months ago?

The dogger idea has been finalized here about a year ago and has been postponed in latest forthcoming updates announcement. It has been postponed by the development team as we thought that the imminent 1st update was successful and that the feature was working fine. We also found additional ideas secondary importance in comparison with other ideas on the table. Certainly something to reconsider.

The problem as I see it now, is that we lack an announcement about forthcoming updates and we even lack a recent development discussion with a voting. I will look to correct these today.
