Removing player to player credit transfer is a big change, but I think it will be a good one in the long run. All payments will have to be made in gc, through banks, which will help bolster banks (with the minimum fee). One needs to plan ahead regarding the credit situation. The transfer that has been free both in terms of gc and turns have been very generous, and a nice way to avoid going through banks. But I think we SHOULD be forced to go through banks.
To give someone credits now, you'll need to transfer gc, and then the receiver will have to use them to buy credits on the market. It will be more combursome, sure. But I think the system where credit transfers were free, while gc transfers cost both turns and gc, was a bad and unbalanced way. If the player to player credit transfer remains, I suggest at least putting a fee in terms of turns and gc for transfering credits.
