I think that the card could be used with a couple of tweaks.

1) Card can only be used on someone in your guild.
2) Card can only be used on someone with a higher player number than you. (for example, player # 1 can give to anyone, but player #57000 cannot give a ship to player # 56000.)

I think that this card could be great for gifting ships to new players without the new players having to pick up a commandeer card. this card could help retain new players if the 2 requirements above are added.

I know that the requirements basically take out the offensive use of this card (as you cannot attack someone in your own guild). While I tend to attack others, I still think that this card's power would need to be brought down, as it is too powerful as it was originally submitted.

Need to correct point 2. You have the IDs reversed or 58000 should be 56000.
