All I have to say about the gun topic is. 68% of all murders, 41% of all robberies, and 21% of all aggravated assaults are conducted with guns. I won't get into taking them away, nor do I believe they should be.

You fail to see taking away is the xth step after you begin to regulate them and restrict owners. Not to mention the process to limit it would be a nightmare, Chin. We should focus on murder. And guns are used for murder. It is your amendment versus others lives. You may lock your gun up in a safe but others don't. Others keep an unlicensed MAC-11 they got from their neighborhood dealers in their car.

Example, the first amendment states you have freedom of speech, but you can't run into a movie theater and yell "fire."

You may own a gun, but you cannot start getting an unlicensed one and go around with it.

Your example is quite poor. You can enter into a theater and yell "fire". You wouldn't be arrested for saying it as you are free to say it. You would be arrested for inciting a panic.

The entire argument stating if we take away guns, then criminals will still get guns and kill people is flawed. Every single nation with banned guns (Including Japan, UK, and England who aren't communist countries) have MINIMAL murders.

UK = .72 gun homocides per 1,000,000 people. As well. 558 homicides yearly. Your argument about the UK is actually really funny. Considering murder rates go down yearly, and it will become the most peaceful country in the world eventually.
Japan = 1.1 murders per 100,000 people.
Australia = 1.6 murders per 100,000 people.
America = 5.1 murders per 100,000 people.
Canada = 1.45 murders per 100,000 people

I don't get your statement. What do you mean by waving? Pointing it every where, spinning in circles? Yes, that would be called Public Endangerment and would likely cause a panic and a police presence. The idiot would likely be arrested, if not shot. The fact that the weapon was unlicensed is a moot point as the police nor anyone else would have known that it was unlicensed until afterwards.
