Tzar, you have a very interesting thiinking, I must to say. Mostly contradictory…

Hitler, good leader, reaaaal bad person.

Hitler was around when his world was dying.
He wanted what was good for his people.
He tried to do good, failed doing it.
As I said, GREAT leader, bad person.

You glorify Hitler as a great leader. Yep he made Germany ’’GREAT AGAIN’’… accusing (and systematically destroying) an entire nation (Jews) to be ’’the axis of evil’’, just like your ex President Bush did (and others continuing to repeat his ’’divine revelation’’ after 9.11. ending with outsider Trump), but with a little change now.
Yep, he was a great talker with great charisma and great propaganda and his party was based on NATIONALISM and ANTI-SEMITISM. GREAT IDEALS to guide the people.
Yes, he provided public works and recovered German Economy thanks to USA investments and he fanatically was preparing his country for a new war. AND HE LOST IT!
WHAT WAS GREAT IN THAT PERSON, EXCEPT THAT HE WAS A GOOD MANIPULATOR OF THE MASSES?

Hey... what if someone rose up against tito?
Would he do what damn near every socialist leader did?
Try to squash the people?
Good leaders rely on compromise, they must appease the majority, and the minority to maintain their power.
Democracy gives the masses a way to rebel peacefully. Without bloodshed, like the communist revolutions, and the Tiananmen square massacre...

TITO, also, beguine his governance in the country in ruins (Yugoslavia was systematically bombed by fascist enemies and allies together), but on the contrary his and his party principles were : brotherhood and unity, and he fought nationalism. With him onwards Yugoslavia emerged from the ashes and people who fought each other in the time of WW II lived together in peace, for more than 40 years. But, nationalists always existed, mostly in Croatia that were Hitler’s satellite ally in the WWII (not many, but existed and lived like any others). War criminals (Ustashes, Chetniks etc) fled to the West and tried from West countries to destabilize Yugoslavia… and they almost success in 1971, in nationalist and separatist movement in Croatia, called ’’Croatian Spring’’, with many slogans like : ''Serbs on the willows'' and ''Montenegrins on the stakes''. But most of Croatian people haven't supported this movement and it's failed! The leadership of the movement has ended up in jail (not killed as you assumed Tito as a communist tyrant would do). One of them was Franjo Tudjman, the future first president of Croatia… (hard to rise from the grave to the throne).

What would a president of the USA do if a dead confederacy that was built on slavery do if it rose up, you say? He would have to go to war to protect that which is human... Freedom for all…

Yep... what would he/she do?

Edit: When I said nationalism, I mean national chauvinism... never in Ex YU nationalism (like a love for your nation and respect for others) was punished! I was always proud to be Montenegrin and always will be, but that doesn't mean I don't respect my neighbors or other world nations ... so, nationalism isn't something bad, national chauvinism is!

It is interesting how many give me the impression that they think socialism/capitalism is a form of government when really it is more a style of government that can fall under the heading of Democratic, Republic, Fascism, Communism, and theological/tribal.

Indeed : I fail to see that much difference between the totalitarian dictator like Stalin and an absolute monarchy such as Tzarism : its the label that differs : the same mechanics of power exist and are used/abused to benefit the leadership elite. Is there that much difference between the over-bearing surveillance of the Stasi and Googles constant hoovering up of personal data? Are the regimented ranks of brain-washed robotniks of North Korea markedly different to the corporate-dictated practices of say a McDonalds or Fed-Ex? If that sounds odd, read their employee manuals : Fed-Ex even as a mandated pace length, states which hand should carry the paperwork and which the parcel, and so on. Have a nice day? They're loving it...

A sad necessity once they stopped recruiting solely from the upper and middle-class grammar schools and allowed the plebs in...

I'd say... I would bring back Picard and maybe Kirk. Definitely NOT Janeway or Archer.

Am I doing this right?
