Voting Poll For Best Draft Team

Quite all the teams have legendary players. This is a hard choice. What great naval Armadas would be to see these players ships sail Avonmora in formations. I like the words that the "Captains" have said to motivate their teammates, expecially Kart which I know since my first days in this game and so I know he's a great leader and inspirer. Besides the men, I like the most both the team of Kart and the team of Sir Henry Morgan, where I'm honored to be.
So my choose is to vote "my" team for not only it's a great team but also I want to give my complete support. These are also the words spoken by "my" Captain Sir Henry, and I agree.
Thank you Shadowood for having started this all stars game. It is a way to play an inner game into the game. And also something that every players can show: the necessary "honor and respect, for their mates, their allies, adversaries and themselves"

Just roberts on a team is a recipe for disaster, Add Tpk + Valar + Jacobs + 3 other peopke that fight against one another.... things will go very sour in minutes if not seconds.

You are right about them naturally not getting along but I have a different perspective. None of them had a common goal before or been on the same team except ATC members. I believe when men get the same goal as a team they will make it work. Additionally you are forgetting one person in the mix aka me. A leader job is also to build the teamwork and harmony. I think I can do that with this team. If you are picking a team that gets a long then you are right ! But do not neglect the potential of a team that was on opposite ends! My members have and are targeting each other till today but I believe they can work together for the same end goal.

Your perspective is correct if you want to play it safe and get a team of friends, but a team that has different views can also produce wild results that exceed your dreams. Ask any entrepreneur

Even our great leader Barack Obama could not bring peace to Bolbi and Tpk. Theyve hated each other consistently for the last three years. They will never get along. Add 6 other players that don't mix to the mix and there will be no more team.

As I see myself as a member of one team on voting list, (Ty very much SHM! ) I am not going to vote, but I would have thinking about voting for SHM's or Phoenix Knight's team.
Even I prefer peace in RL, in pirate game that thinking isn't so welcome. So, Phoenix Knight's team could provoke rest of Avonmora to resist their desire to rule.

Personally, I think all the teams have enough 'dread' factor to give nightmares to any who may cross their paths. The game isn't (or shouldn't) be about one magic path to glory, but provides many ways to advance : the teams do reflect this. Will some team members not get on? Maybe, but that's not crucial to success : one lesson I have learnt in my time is that often the folk you like and respect most are facing you on the battlefield : sometimes you have comrades beside you who rub the wrong way, but you compensate for each others skills and together you kick butt mega-style. Phoenix is so so right : the leader sets the tone, binds the group together and ensures all are firing in the right direction at the right time!

Regardless of who 'wins' the vote : I congratulate all the participants who have shared their thoughts with us : I give massive respect to Shadowood who has worked so hard to make it so much fun for us all : and lastly, vote for Stan, or make damn sure your prize ships are well-covered : ooops!
