I have to agree with SHM, as I watch the picks go by, many of the chosen were on my short list as well.

For my third pick, a player who has shown ability to hold a guild together for a lengthy time while a leader ran rampant. One who also did very well with a nation for sometime. Cunning and unmoved when needed.

My fourth pick was reserved for a "Voodoo Slinger". It needs to be someone who is fearless and yet willing to follow a plan set forward by a tactician. There are some current Voodoo Slingers that are very good, but I don't know if they have the discipline needed to really be part of a sustained team. There is one old adversary who can fill that role. This player knows how to be part of a team with a plan. He knows how to carry out plans but yet can adjust if the plan is not going exactly as predicted. In other words, when it is time to fight he is a leader who is not afraid to follow when he is not in the lead position.
