What about these:

Qin Shi Huang
Tiberius Gracchus
Augustus
Magnus Lagabøte
Mustafa Kemal Ataturk

All different, but perhaps right for their time?

Its true that he is a bad person, but I wouldn't say a really bad person, he is known for starting world war and all, but in the scale of how much people died because of him, he would be 1 cm on a 15 cm ruler.

Genocide is committed by those sick in mind. Hitler was driven insane by his hatred... did u know he was beaten by Jewish bullies when he was a child?

He was a bad person, still a very good leader... I mean come on. Blitzkrieg whooped butt, and showed how much air superiority counted.

Germany had good generals who had developed great strategies. That should not be attributed to Hitler's leadership. Guderian was a good leader and strategist. Rommel was a great leader of men.

Rothschild was a good leader. I guess this means Jack Aubrey was too.
