12 hours is a short duration. Maybe put it at 72 hours like countercurse

He did comment on that card. He agreed with Meliva that the card was useless. Yet here we are 1 month later.

I still stand by what I said before, until there exists a way to kill a ports population without using a black death, I do not like the idea of preventing black deaths, since it would be a barrier to nation missions. but once there exists an alternative way to do so, I believe a card like this would be useful, and I would gladly give it a plus 1. although if there exists a delay in between uses, or if it doesn't prevent them, but merely reduces the damage then I would be fine with it as well.

You earn massive income from a port, you take the losses.

In my opinion, ALL port owners should be put at a disadvantage of keeping their port maintained, nothing should be able to block others from casting on a port, voodoo like this would also make the game a hell lot more boring, you would see this type of shield on every port. making it near impossible for an annihilation of an enemies port. If you can't hold a port, then don't invest into them. A port requires plenty of influence and population type voodoo, it is practically an investment that should pay off later if you can maintain the port. Voodoo like this, you would definitely see a very solid profit on ports, which I personally dislike the idea of. If anyone chooses to go to war with other players, I would prefer to see all their assets on the line, including their port.
