The auction works like this:
Every participant is to send credits to me before 1st of October. How many is up to each participant.

Just doing the math on the turns. If you increased max turns held to 400 and bought 200 turns every 12 hours then to cast 200 assassins (at 5 turns per cast) it would take you at least 36 hours to cast all of them. But that's not including the turns gained over time.
