+1. We have been forced to use other means of communication among the guild leadership. This would be a nice feature. Some of our info is shared on a "need to know" basis, and this would help. If the person making a thread could set rules for that thread, it would be great. Perhaps a minimum power, or perhaps even only specific persons. Good idea.

This setting should only be unlock for 99 or 100 power in the guild, in my opinion.

Alongside with an improvement that will also affect national forums (it will display at the topic title who can see this, right now it does not)
