Unless it is a SOTL, the same as if it were above 1000.

Id say they are worth as much as someone wants to pay. A #10 ship might be worth 1 credit to someone and 100 to someone else. With low# ships its like a trophy and prestige.
Instead of bringing something down, add to it to make it better.
