-1. this is WAY too powerful. its bad enough it removes all danger on all fleets, but they also cant gain danger? does this apply to plunder aswell. as in you use this card when your plunder fleet has 10K danger, it goes to 0, then for 24 hours you can plunder without danger gain? would this card also cancel out voodoo that raises danger, like FOJ and Hostile Natives? if so its even more OP.
-1, hideouts already exist to lower danger but a way to avoid all penalties from your danger getting high is extremely overpowered. The recipe is also very easy to come by for a legendary: the only one I think people would have trouble with is the 10 Purifies.
