Select a new Name: [Cpt Jack]

Do you want an anonymous switch ? [Yes]
-If yes, it will be like receiving a new ID.
-If no, it will be like changing username at the Governor.

We can always forbid anonymous switch though. Which means that ID change can be like username change as it is now. I am thinking some potential issues right now, especially with forums longevity in game. That's food for thought.

i do think that would be a good idea have a place where it says public id# changes and it shows the old numbers but then if you decide to do a piravte one if you've already changed it then it will end up erasing all of them
