for example flood can destroy a trade route and make a player miss out on income, BUT it can also keep an offline player's trade routes from getting too much danger.
idk how you classify voodoo as harmful or helpful when it all depends on how you use it

A clever voodoo attacker will cast a mindbar on the player once they complete their attack to reduce the chance of a serenity or purify from being successfully cast.

still I don't see how would game decide what is harmful and what's not and I believe that would be hard to code also with this serenity lose purpose
