Turns cost - 1
Target - oneself only
Effect - The Player won the game. He/she is the winner (for a whole month) and a special achievement saying "winner of the game" will compare on his/her achievement page for a month.
Every other player will have to send 1 shiny gold coin to the winner of the game as a form of respect and accepting the fact that somebody actually won the game. The winner's name will be mentioned in the Avonmora Herald and in every newspaper.
If another player (or even the same caster) would like to cast the same voodoo, he/she has to wait a month.

can only be cast on new players under the 1000 turn rule

message appears on recipients screen and reads your ship has struck a reef,
on close inspection the reef is not a reef at all but a vast amount of lost treasure.

you are the richest person in avonmora - you have won the game
treasury appears maxed out
everythings locks for 5 minutes,
then a message appears - just kidding
treasure goes back to normal
and normal gameplay resumes.

Don't know I was thinking along the lines of just a very large number that was probably not acheivable.
If you are new enough to receive the card 999,999,999 will probably be enough to appear you have won
