Casts Upon - Yourself
Voodoo Lasts - 12 Hours
Stacks - 2

Description - Every single time a player attacks a fleet you own, the fleet they used to attack your fleet loses 25% of it's damage and accuracy for the next hour. As well, their fleet shows in BOLD RED on the plunder list for the remaining hour.
Just repeat after me: "Czar Ivan did not help me win the elections."

Not a good idea. There's already fireships, and call the krakens. There's no reason for more cards that damage fleets. -1

I think u miss understand, it is saying the damage it does when it attacks a fleet, u know? Like bless, I am giving it a -1 too.
