this card can be used to take all of your fleets and strip them down or at least everything the user wants. your fleet cant move and it is being lit up and plundered: you are losing gold and ships because one voodoo card was too overpowered

I view this card to encourage gameplay and the growth of fleets. If no one wants all their fleets pinned down, then they should carry many fleets.

example: one day bigtea had 22 million in his purse and i hit him. i got 250k from him for one plunder and it was only a level 10 cutter. if this card was there, he would lose all of his gold and i could keep doing this to all of his fleets if i had more of these cards

The other person also have something called, VOODOO. Wow, spooky.

propaganda is uncommon, thieving magpie is uncommon, but look! someone was just selling 100 of those in bulk on the card market. a mindbar on yourself while doing this prevents any chance of your target retaliating and if someone can get 900 voodoo cards on the market in a matter of minutes then imagine what the witch-doctor acounts can do. they will amass a bunch of these cards and strike anyone down regardless of what fleet it hits

i doubt you have enough clears to take on someone with 50 of these. then ull be crying 'why was this made i have no ships, gold, or turns!!'

This also help merchants in a sense too, to stop those low lifes with nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

Because of that, there is something called turns, which stop someone from over casting on a person.

I am kinda confused, it seems like you are against any time of offensive voodoo now. Serenity removes Mindbars btw. There is ways to defend against ANY war voodoo card, including this one. It seems you are ignoring that there was defenses that can be applied.

turns are a true limiting factor when you can buy 200 of them and these witch doctor accounts dont have too many ships... they have $$ though. one day, they buy the thing that lets them get 400 turns. the next, they buy 200 turns. the next, 200 more. etc etc until the next thing you now they have enough turns to use their entire inventory.

oh well guluere, i guess seeing someone get negative remarks on their voodoo hits home with u

he said that no one will get a lot of these and i showed him some precedent to show thats an ignorant thing to say. im all for offensive voodoo, as u can see -look what guild im in, but this one needs to be taken down a notch.
