(Rare) Voodoo Idea, Bleeding Sea

Do you have an idea for a card ? Do you want a tweak on existing voodoo cards? Perhaps you even want one of them removed? This is where you can post your suggestion.

Name : Bleeding Sea
(8 turns)
(Rare)
(4 Hours)

Target fleet of loses 1000*X gc when ever they arrive to a port.

Where X is the number of crew members in total in the fleet.

This is useful to lower a semi active player's gc.

Edited the object to cast.

Guluere, you make lots of voodoo card suggestions. I'm not saying that this is a bad thing, although I do not agree with most of them. Making suggestions, whether it is to new voodoo or other rules, is a nice way to try to help improve the game.

However, I would ask you one thing, to make it easier to take a stand to all those suggestions: When you post a suggestion, could you please also explain the intent of the suggestion? That is: What is it you are trying to achieve with your suggestion? Which direction you you think the game should take, and how does the suggestion help move the game in that direction? To me, at least, that would be helpful. I will also try to do the same whenever I make a suggestion myself.

There are plenty of voodoo cards available already, so "getting more cards" should not be a goal in itself. If, however, you think the game needs to change in a particular matter, a reason why you think so, and a voodoo card or rule change which would make it happen, is a good idea.

This is hope matey, not desperation. I could build just a couple of sloops and ruine your whole upkeep. That would be a desperate action. Am i doing it though??
