And I cast ambush and other voodoo until I rack up 900 danger then I use disfavor so its 900/9 instead of 900/18
And this player attacks is it against the rules?

no you didn't, you said if someone paid you for 100 attacks with 100 credits, that is arranging a battle, which is against the rules. but if you don't want to believe me do what wolfie said and try it. just don't come crying to the forums when you get in trouble

So if i cast hns or fuj on myself and he/she attacks is it manipulation?

it is, its both danger manipulation and arranging a battle. I don't know why you want to do this in the first place, but feel free to do it and find what happens.
