i acually think it would be a good idea but it would have to be a elected position where everyone gets a vote including citizens

yeah that would be a cool addition. maybe add a couple other titles to the game. there can be a national diplomat, head of treasury, head of military, official taste tester to prevent poisoning, granted I would want most of these to be cosmetic(as in a fancy title but no real added power.)
