With the new bank loan system improvements coming up loaning will be much safer and easier.
I am not sure i saw this so i will suggest it.

When requesting a loan we should also be able to select how long we want the loan for. Also what %we want to pay extra.
Also banks should have the option to counter offer.
Lets say i request 20mil at 10% for 90 days. The bank also should have an option to counter offer, lets say 15 mil at 15% for 60 days.
Would be a easy way to see what kind of loans people want right away, which can open more doors to more people.

You can always msg chairmans of the banks asking if they are willing to offer you that with that most of us are normal people who will response on it and who knows maybe you get what you ask.

This as a part of the game shouldn't be approved because we can't ask that in real banks. Maybe just add part about lenght but leave percentages to bankers

i don't think this is really needed. when you just request a loan for a certain amount, bankers respond with what they are comfortable loaning. if they have any questions, they will message you and work something out.

the percentage also changes depending on the amount of days if its long enough then you only have to pay 1 gc per day for x amount of days but you can also change percentages so that it balances on a certain number of days and maybe all you have to pay is say for a 1 million loan you just have to pay 10k a day to pay it off quickly but not draining there treasury

I am not a banker, so i only have small info on running a bank and doing loans. I just felt like making it easier for bankers to see how serious people are. It would be easier to judge who they are and what they expect. Instead having to message everyone.
If i was a banker and saw 20 mil for 20 days. versus 20 mil for 730 days. Id probably know the first guy is more serious and ready for business, compared to the other guy.

The banker offers what they want to give, and if the client declines its history.
