Voodoo Curse Idea : Meteor Strike and High Upkeep

(12 Turns)

Reduce port population by 2% + 0.1%, which the 0.1% can be multiplied by X, which X is every 2 turns invested, at a max of 5X.

Was thinking of having a upgraded version of Black Death.

Counter sorta already exists. Transport Immigrants (Common) Increases Port Population by 1%

Now if we are talking super voodoo that can be done from the witch hut, than I would suggest a large increase/decrease but significantly harder to cast. Maybe a variable increase/decrease rate.

it would be valuable when trying to get a ports population from 5.1 million back to 100 or 300 million +1

I know, but there is a lot of players which uses real money a lot (which i will not name them) and they can get a lot of these, which would be very powerful.

On top of that, have anyone notice that the port Pania and Goroum population is low?
The high upkeep is a great way to make them go back to the way they used to but still not too op and has a counter.

It looks ok as idea but if it is implemented then both TI and BD will become useless. Maybe if it is implemented as a recipe in witch hut when they release it but it still need slight improvment but good basic idea.

Yes, but it is turns which what will limit them, its more worth it to cast 2 BD then the MS, if you don't plan on using the bonus investability of it.

Then turns are too low maybe put 20 like with politician speech because these ammount of turns are nothing if we consider that some sail with 400 turns

If it takes 20 turns, no one will use it, because it will be more worth it to use BD or TI.

So it should have a turn cost that is just right that is not going to make this voodoo useless too, more or less.
