Has anyone ever stopped and wondered why the topic is named what it is? I don't believe that from Regis to any of the US ports there is a river that must be crossed unless he made a rum stop in Baramas and felt adventurous.

Which is what the [U.S.A.] guild did when it moved into the nation in the first place : of course, you only came to make the nation greater than it was, thoughts of filthy lucre were far from your minds : so, why can't others like [ERIS] do the same? Have you considered I may be a just and wise King and bring benefits to all? No, you prefer the current shambolic oligarchy because it has put coin in your purse and you fear that being lost, or worse, shared with others not in your guild. Which is what all your angst and outrage it is truly about, not the nation and ALL its citizens, but the narrow financial interests of your guild. Your guild has 14 members : the USA nation has 2800 citizens : by what mathematics does that give you a majority in decision making? None, logically, but the game rules say it does ; those rules apply to me and to you, either may benefit from them, use them, finesse them and, of course, whine about them

But you suggest a motive for our actions : have you considered we might just be doing our job, having been paid to destroy the [U.S.A.} guild? Surely your guild, of all others, would appreciate the delicious, almost poetic irony of that, being such prolific users of mercenaries yourselves

We lost Regis : well, easy come, easy go : it served us well but only a fool thinks anything is forever in this game. the origins of this war fade into disputed history and become largely irrelevant : what you guys need to consider is how long you want it to continue for the longer it goes on, the higher the price to be paid in treasure spent, the greater the cost in lost trade : Now, we know ziggy can afford it (see note below), maybe a couple of others in your guild can afford it : as for the rest, I guess no-body has asked them anyway : so I will : how long can you afford it when the great stream of treasury pay-outs dries up?

Danik no one hired a mercenary to take you out. You stuck your nose where it did not belong so I chopped it of by my self. Was funny as he'll watching you cry oooh my population. Danik I buy credits weekly. Treasury funds don't mean much to me. If they need gold to rebuild a few fleets you killed I'll happily send them some or a few credits to buy new ones
