Any nation actually, due to the fact that with certain voodoo cards influence is just cheap stat. God forbid you would have to establish yourself and slowly build up influence to ascend the ranks of a nation. I do commend the strategy though, just don't like the lameness of the game mechanics. They haven't voted you out yet?
I agree that the tactic is lame and entirely due to the game mechanics is it possible. I think it should be more difficult to step into a nation and greatly influence events.
We need some idea's how to make this part of the game a bit more balanced. Many previous bugs were uncovered when Fox invaded Mexico but now Mexico is invading USA and if the game is going to include a political form of warfare, there should be more elements that allow strikes and counterstrikes in a political environment. I don't think the manipulation of influence is enough.
Maybe more tools for the ruling council to protect itself from invasion ? Declare a marshal law ?
Not too sure if admin is on board yet with the idea.
