This concept will start a war of dominance between countries which is more difficult to control and arrange with multinational guilds unless the guild revolve around the country like USA

That could happen and will happen if guild has many strong nations but with small countries it won't be that seriouse issue as this way kings of small country will seek protection from dominant ones. And even those other strong countries won't go that way they would rather make an alliance, but again I might be wrong.

I can think of 2 countries that have guilds revolving around them that adore conflict and fights. Can you guess who they are? ;P

I can think of two that keep getting attacked and enjoy defending themselves... not sure that's the same as adoring conflict?

I don't ever remember SSTG and USN ever getting into a war ?

Aye's officially went to war against Fox for a ship raid made on their members and officially, a state of war still exists between us.

It was rather a bold move by Fox while they were already engaged in a national war but this should be relegated to a separate topic.

It does highlight the complex political dynamic that exists in the game and I would hate to see any national Law changes made that would/could make it more complex. It has taken me a while to learn to compartmentalize these political situations that occur and make correct responses to the different situations that rise up. Some players have greater or lesser abilities to differentiate between the two major types of upheavals that happen eg: National vs. Guild

I don't hold high position in SSTG so I can't speak on behalf of it but I've seen that we at SSTG are more in training new players (as our name says) than into wars and conflicts

What about letting this affect trade? Your fleet shows up at enemy port and it gets lit up for that nations players. Lots of potential with that.

Whilst also destroying a few " bad new players " along the way?

Such as Lady Ruby Rose... Lead by Ghostie.
Or KarKar? Lead by, god knows.

Meanwhilst, +1 ; I will not be affected by this ; So in that case... I approve.
Civilian:Are you insane? One pirate against trained pirates... Who do you think this man is? God?
My Leader: No. God would have mercy. He won't.
