Its something I have noticed over time : that some voodoo seems to stop working in the last hour : most obvious is Treasure Fleet, if your fleet has danger on it (above 2), it keeps running with a TF on : but in the last hour before it expires, the fleet will auto-stop : a nuisance but no great trauma in that. Now, having been NPC farming to pass the time some, while its quiet on the seas, I notice that Coastal Piracy and Patrol also seem to stop adding their bonus in their last hour too. Pacifism seems to have kept running, however the fame and prize money drop back to 'normal' levels even tho the voodoo is still shown as active for another 20+minutes (as just happened).
I dunno why this should be so, and why it has affected coastal piracy and patrol, but not pacifism, or why Treasure Fleet also seems bugged in the same way. Its hard to judge if other voodoo has the same thing happening as seeing the effects of trade bonus cards (Indies, etc), or favourable winds and such, as each fleet trades on arrival or sets off again is not easily done.
Could there be some check made on this?
