Features Priority

Greetings,

We would like everyone's feedback here. It will help us prioritize features. Your opinion will be taken in mind considerably.

Here are the options. These are all big featues.

1)New Hideout Building: Academy
Estimated time for this, is about 3-5 weeks.

2)Ship Specialization
This is a major and huge feature. We already have done some things but we estimate about 2 more months of work, at best scenario to complete all basic parts. This is a feature that will also affect ship battles considerably (Ship Abiliities).

3)Avonmora Herald restart
Estimated time for this, is about 3-4 weeks.

4)Monthly stats/awards/rankings feature
Estimated time for this, is about 2-4 weeks, it might be better to be implemented before Avonmora Herald restart.

5)Ships Market
This will come with a new Hideout Building as a follow up addon. Both should require about 2-4 weeks. This should better precede Academy building.

6)Pirate Code wars
This will need about 4 weeks. This feature is the basis for bounties and bounty board. Bounties and bounty board will need about 4 more weeks.

7)Diplomacy
Peace/War/Nap/Alliance treaties, scripted, between nations and secondary, between guilds.
About 3-4 Weeks

8)New Instant Messenger system with integrated instant guild chat and instant nation chat.
About 6 weeks.

9)More missions for newcomers/Ability for anyone to propose missions to another
About 4 weeks

Question on 6. If a war is declared according the code, will attack danger be the same thus exposing the combatants to outside interference?

That's very nice. But it would be nicer if the newcomers could know what you are writing here. I mean, it's good to have academy in hideout, but what we (most of us-newbies) know about hideout, except that we need 10M to build it. Why I can't see the explanation of hideout and all buildings that could be built there, in help section, for example?
And, about ships… I think that the rang of ships (and the possibility to build them) have to depend of the level of shipyard... why, for example, MOW is linked to hideout? (I don't want to build it, but I like to see it in shipyard and to know its possibilities).
So… if newbies could know what is on the table, they, maybe… I said maybe, could have some ideas too and give you feedback you need. :)

my order was for the game. :) i believe that before stronger voodoo cards will be realised we need to establise Naps. After Naps we should establish bounties. So there is way for political gaming. then once people are safe Academy would be a great idea. it could bring power to players. I believe that before we go for power we should consider about breaks. :)

Considering the importance of retention, 9 should be first. Other than that, everything seems fine.
