It's definitely a browser issue.
It's a common issue really, 90% of the browser issues are due to a 3rd party extension/addon.
You should find and remove this extension/addon not because it messes with Pirates Glory but mostly because it is a badly written extension that can be potentially dangerous.
To find which extension causes this, follow the following instructions:
1)Turn off ALL extensions.
2)Check if problem exists.
3)Keep turning them ON one by one, till the problem appears again.
Once it appears, then you will know it is the extension you just turned ON.
