Attack on Spain !

Within the last 12 hrs, A member of Spains highest Council was attacked with influence reducing Voodoo by none other than the King of Midway.
All shore leave has thus been cancelled within the Spanish Military and all sailors have been asked to return to their posts where general quarters operations have been implemented.

Spain will not accept unprovoked attacks of a National interest. The recent subversive attacks on all Spaniards interests have many polishing their cutlasses and making sure all offensive maintenance procedures have been completed.

Spanish Aye's ships are emptying holds of general cargo and stand by to set sail to the western reaches of Avonmora where the Heart of Midway Islands Government resides.

There has been no explanation to date to why these attacks occurred.

Lets step back, shall we?

1) Everyone knows there are elements within Spain itching to provoke a fight with Midway
2) Everyone knows there are internal machinations within Spain.
3) Everyone knows those warlike elements in Spain are conspiring with other "powers" in the game to further their own ends.

This ridiculous "fact finding" which involves somehow you feeling you have the right to cast voodoo on us to check for "anti spain" activity--honestly these little games are obvious. You seek to find divisive fights to rip open your own country so that you and your merry cell of idiots may then rob it blind.

There is no nation of midway effort against spain. If our "king" cast on you guys, he must have his reasons, cause he hasn't shared them with any of us. Trust me, you'll know if we are acting against you--just ask CUBA.

Finally, you do follow current events, right? Last crackpot who got on here and tried to pass sentences on Midway ended up getting his guild's "arse" handed to him.

Why don't you have your king talk to our king, you know we all hang out together in this guild called ZomB/PK--you might have heard of it? The toughest, meanest, ship stealingest, nation crushing, troll bashing, arse kicking pirates to ever sail these seas?

Do the rest of your countrymen relish you plunging them into war against certain & grisly deaths? Lets hear from a few more of them here before Zom B unbuckles our own swords (we don't polish them, we leave them rusty so as to add to general infection to our lacerations).

You might be one of those mentally deranged officers who we always worried would push THE button, luckily there are FAIL SAFE's built into our systems for the occasional nut job.

Well, Cappy, old son, you are an idiot if you truly believe the above bears any relationship to reality. but, as ever, you polish and twist facts to make your little tableau, centred upon which, your good self in all your assumed glory.

Elements in Spain seeking a fight with Midway? Let's try you (yes, you Cappy) bugging your own guild to distraction demanding hits on Spain. I was informed you even had a list.. how very organised of you. How about 'those elements' trying to split Spain asunder to loot the treasury : who are they, they who, apparently, seek to depose the King as well, so as to ease their treasonous mission! A wonderful tale, oft told by you of late, again somewhat belied by the facts : such as that 2 of your 'regicides' had actually decided to quit Spain in objection to such designs upon the Treasury but have since chosen to stay and work to prevent such nonsense.

Internal machinations within Spain? Of course, as in every other guild and nation, yours included.

Conspiring with 'other powers' : like when we worked with Midway to destroy Barbados? Is that what you mean? No? oh, perhaps it's when Spain, having grown bloated by the acquisition of 75% of the ports when Barbados fell : perhaps it was when we 'conspired' to let other 'powers' take control of some we felt were just too much for one nation to own ; 'powers' like..oh look.. Midway again. Boy, there were some 'internal machinations' to get that done, cos there were some, I freely admit, who shouted that we should keep them all. I'll be honest, some voices were raised demanding we act immediately to crush Midway, being as you were the 'true enemy'. Well, emotions were high but good sense prevailed for such was never Spains agenda prior to Barbo's demise and it took a little work to keep it that way.. But I guess you don't mind those kind of 'machinations', or those kinds of 'conspiracy' either.

but hey, we are all friends, aint we : why would anyone suspect Midway of covert action to destroy our populations and influence? Cant think how any such thought could arise : Spain lost 100mil population in a week or so out of absent-mindedness, of course... maybe we forgot to count them properly? Same with all the influence 'conspired' away.. its really there, just tucked under a rug so we keep missing it... such idiots we be. I mean, how outrageous we should actually concern ourselves with establishing anything so sordid as the truth of the matter...

And so it came to pass, not a plague-carrying rat of indeterminate origin, not a 'conspiracy' without ownership... a 'propaganda' with name attached did descend upon one of our flock : more 'internal machinations' ensued : much head-scratching.. even perplexity : mainly 'why the heck would he have done that?' Why, some even spoke of a 'conspiracy' being hatched... such fools mere mortals be... it seems we should have just been grateful it was just the one, and as for explanation, came there none, for our missives on the matter, to the King of Midway, remain un-replied for 24 hours now.

But all is good, you have explained it all.. such restraint .. when you could have claimed it was all part of the evil plot by the Spanish morons, why we did it to ourselves no doubt! Oh hang on, you have claimed such within your guild... best place to keep that, methinks... folk might think you lost your marbles...
