Lets take the example of Tools,
Now it can be sold for 23 per crate in Chalkos, 22 per crate in Prote and 24 per crate in Hannes. Do these values remain same or do they change ? If yes, then according to what do they change ?

Yeah, I saw that,
"The reserves that are taken in mind for this calculations, are based on the trade that took place in the last 72hours"
But then you can just go and sell tools in a port and then just decrease the price in there, right ? And is there any way to see how much resources have moved in and out of a port ?

You can view the current stocks in the active ports page. Click top left part of the banner. There's no way to see how much was traded on a specific port tho, you need to take notes :D
