[No Bug] 250,000 limit on plunder

In a recent no of attacks on me the attackers consistently got above 250,000 gold when there should be a limit of 250,000

Maybe add a note on the battle report if Advanced Piracy is in effect to say 'Arh Due to Advanced Piracy you have lost more than 250k gold'?
