[No Bug] Top Helper

I have a slight problem with the Top Helper award. I vote on it often. But then I couldn't vote. I left it for a while (About a month, maybe more) and the option to vote still hasn't come up. Why is this?
If you didn't want your ass shot off, you shouldn't have stuck it out so far.
